Privacy Policy

What we collect

Information you submit: inquiry/contact form content, online chat messages, and the email address used for code-based sign-in. If you sign in with Google, we receive the name, email and avatar returned by Google.

Records generated by use: conversation and message history, document read/download records, and routine server access logs (IP, time, browser type).

How we use it

Only to: respond to your inquiries and messages, honour our response-time commitments, provide document downloads, and maintain account security. We do not sell your information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

AI desk notice: chat messages are sent to our AI provider (Moonshot / Kimi) to generate automatic replies. Please do not submit passwords, keys or other sensitive credentials in chat.

Storage & third parties

Business data is stored on our own CMS server; document files are hosted on Alibaba Cloud OSS (Hong Kong); the site is delivered via a Cloudflare tunnel; Google sign-in is governed by Google’s privacy policy.

We do not use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. Sign-in state is kept in your browser’s local storage — clearing browser data signs you out.

Retention & your rights

Conversation and form data is retained only as long as needed to provide the service. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data (including account closure) at any time via morris@ici-cn.com — we respond within 7 working days.

Accounts created via email code or Google sign-in are for personal use only. If you believe your account is being misused, contact us immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICI is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of information on this site. These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
